The breakfast had a consistent quality and the staff was very attentive. Its location was great in the city within easy walking distance of just about everything. The hotel was modern and clean.
The room was a real let down. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. It needs replacing. I found a noisy fan above the wardrobe.. Sleep quality suffered.

I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The room had good amenities on the pantry. I also enjoyed the resident discounts at the restaurant Morrison grill. I found the dining experience good.
the gym is very limited, and it lacks kettle bells.

the hotel location was central. breakfast was consistent. the staff WAS attentive. overall, it was a five-star stay for me.
the showers had no bath mats. i managed to fall. there was no concern from the manager. i was given a bag of candy.
